ISO A type standards are designed to the height standards. The ISO B type are for checking tip size.
Type C are of regular roughness to check the roughness tester operation and the evaluation of the parameters.
Models marked S do not include a hardener coating for increased durability (Standard).
Models marked H include a hardener coating for increased durability (Hard).
The final value after the standard has been measured may differ significantly from the nominal value.
