SmartLam 3.0 semi-automatic polishing machine

The SMARTLAM® 3.0 is equipped with a new specific motorized head, consisting of a 3-cell sample holder and an individual pneumatic pressure system.

The motor reducer group has a high torque, speed and rotation can be configured. The individual pneumatic pressure system managed by the electronic proportional valve ensures high polishing regularity. The pressure applied per sample ranges from 5 to 60 N.

The SMARTLAM® 3.0 uses the reliable and proven base of the SMARTLAM® 2.0 and retains all assets for manual use (activation/deactivation of the sample holder head with the touch screen). The speed and rotation of the plate can be set from 20 to 650 rpm.
