Cutlam Micro 3.0 metallographic cutting machine - Ø230 mm, motorized XYZ

It is designed for laboratories looking for an automatic machine adapted to high precision, long and difficult cuts.

This tabletop cutting machine offers amazing capabilities. Thanks to the multi-motion table, the cutting wheel and the torque-dependent feed speed control system, this machine will overcome any difficult task.

It is equipped with a large 320 x 540 chamber, with a 210 x 210 mm slotted aluminum table and interchangeable stainless steel pallets.

Its high capacity is based on the use of a 200 mm cut-off wheel, combined with a 100 mm vertical range of motion (axis Z) and a longitudinal range of 270 mm (axis Y).

The positioning of the axes, which can be viewed on the display, has an accuracy of 0.01 mm and the feed rate during cutting can be set from 0.1 to 20 mm/sec or from 0.1 to 10 mm/sec.

A large touch screen allows you to select the different functions through an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Three cutting modes are available: manual, semi-automatic and automatic.
