The Wiki 90 JS Microhardness Tester is a Vickers and Knoop hardness tester with test loads from 0.001 to 62.5 kgf. This hardness tester is suitable for testing Micro Vickers, Macro Vickers, Knoop and Brinell hardness scales. Wiki 90 JS conforms to all hardness standards including ASTM and ISO.

One-touch measurements:

The WIKI 90 JS microhardness tester is a motorized, automatic Vickers, Knoop or Brinell hardness testing system with load cell technology, high definition camera for automatic indentation reading and motorized turret with 6 positions. Fully complies with ASTM and ISO hardness standards.

Self-compensation of all deviations:

When testing unstable specimens or parts that deflect, the AFFRI system will follow the specimen without losing contact thanks to its infinite trajectory for the indenter and clamping cap.
