Universal Hardness Tester - Affri Integral

The Integral Revolver universal hardness tester is a fully motorized system for automatic loading and optical measurement via camera. AFFRI system hardness testers achieve the highest level of load accuracy and measurement resolution available for hardness testing. Thanks to the AFFRI System, the actual measurement of the indentation is guaranteed without external interference under any conditions.

Automatic contact of samples from any distance:

Fully motorized adjustable test stand up to 500 mm / 20″ vertical capacity including automatic contact with the test surface from all distances with a single start input (as an option up to 700 mm / 28″). The test cycle is triggered automatically, starting when the head makes contact with the sample, which is automatically recognized at any position within the vertical travel.

Self-compensation of all deviations:

When testing unstable specimens or parts that drift, the AFFRI system will follow the specimen without losing contact thanks to its infinite path for the indenter and clamping head.

The unique milling tool:

The Revolver integral universal hardness tester can be equipped with a sample preparation system that is installed directly on the instrument head.
