206EX is a simple, semi-automatic hardness tester with test loads from 3 to 187.5 kgf. Works with Rockwell, Rockwell Surface and Brinell HBWT hardness tests according to ASTM and ISO hardness testing standards.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC DIGITAL HARDNESS TESTER:

206 EX is a fast and really easy bench durometer with high accuracy standards. To perform the test, simply act on the lifting screw and bring the sample into contact with the penetrator, then pull the lever that activates the preloading and loading in automatic succession; the results are displayed in seconds. Load forces are applied through two dynamometric load cells that eliminate the problems associated with dead weight systems on traditional testers. It is not affected by vibrations and does not need to be leveled.

LCD AND KEYBOARD PANEL IP64 PROTECTION:

Simultaneous display of 2 scales, the test scale and the one selected from the list of conversion scales. Conversion values for all hardness scales HB, HV, HSD, HK, HRN, HRT, N/mm.

Precise test settings. Check the applied load. Select the length of stay. Calibration for direct and indirect method according to ASTM E 18 ISO 6508. Dynamic results. Simultaneous view of the range of results for statistics. Average update of results in the last measurement. CP CPX statistics CPX CX Histogram and number of tests corresponding to the tolerance values (Lo, Hi, Ok).

Unique performances. Temperature measurement C° useful for certificate test according to ASTM E 18 ISO 6508. Indentation depth in 0.01 microns. Acoustic signal for dwell time and preload. RS 232C output or USB converter. 128 x 64 pixel backlit LCD display.
