One-button measurements:

LD3000 Brinell hardness testers are motorized systems with automatic testing forces up to 3000 kgf. Affri hardness testers achieve the highest level of load accuracy and measurement resolution available for Brinell testing. Thanks to the AFFRI system, the actual measurement of the indentation is guaranteed without any external interference and also in any conditions.

Autocontact of the sample from any distance:

Fully motorized vertical test travel including automatic contact with the test surface with a single start command. The activation of the test cycle is automatic, it starts when the head makes contact with the sample which is automatically recognized at any position within the vertical path.

The LD3000 series Brinell hardness testers are rugged and reliable systems, designed to perform even in harsh environments. In fact, heavy and bulky samples can be easily placed using a forklift or an overhead traveling crane.

Self-compensation of all deviations:

When testing unstable specimens or parts that drift, the AFFRI system will follow the specimen without losing contact thanks to its infinite path for the indenter and clamping cap.
