Hot potting machine Presslam 1.1

The PRESSLAM ® 1.1 is a versatile and easy-to-use automatic hot assembly press that will allow you to achieve high production rates.

All parameters can be accessed through a 5.7″ color touch screen. The graphical interface guides you intuitively through the different configurations, which you can then store and reuse as you wish.

Each function can be adjusted separately and 4 pressurization modes are available, along with a function that reduces the amount of water used for cooling.

Once started, the PRESSLAM® 1.1 runs a preheating cycle that ends after 6 minutes without user intervention.

Access to the mold is open for a sample positioning and filling facility. Quick and effortless, locking/unlocking is accomplished by means of a flap and a ¼ turn locking lever.
