Pressurized mounting device M.M.808 Lamplan
MM808 creates a pressurized environment for polymerization to avoid bubbles in the mount without affecting the physical characteristics of the resin.
While MM808 can be used with all cold mounting resins, it is strongly recommended for use with clear EPOXY RESINS 603 / 603.2 and ACRYLIC RESIN 609.
By avoiding trapped bubbles in transparent supports, sample visibility can be improved.
In all cold mounting resins, avoiding bubbles improves edge retention while grinding and polishing metallographic specimens.
By preventing abrasives from being trapped in the bubbles, the MM808 helps to improve polishing quality after assembly.
