The calibration of silicon carbide grains is guaranteed according to European FEPA standards whatever their size (P80 to P4000) with KNOOP 2500 grain hardness. The resistance of the resins used to hold the abrasive grains gives POLIRRESIN pre-polishing discs a high resistance to heat and humidity.

The position and orientation of the grains are obtained by electrostatic method. A paper or plastic film (POLIFIX) compatible with the grain size used (thickness and grammage) reduces the wear of the abrasive discs, waterproofing the mass and surface.
