723 series cutting fluid

LAM PLAN 723 cutting fluid is a water miscible synthetic coolant approved for cutting non-ferrous metals. This fluid provides excellent lubrication and optimum cooling so that the microstructures of the material are not damaged during the cutting process.
The cooling efficiency of the 723 cutting fluid prevents overheating while lubricating the cutting action. It also has an optimum viscosity that allows it to flow freely.
Cutting fluid 723 is recommended for cutting titanium alloys and inconels. The properties of 723 cutting fluid also make it suitable for cutting carbides and non-ferrous alloys.

Polirresin coolants specific for soft water and for micro-cutters

Polirresin cutting oil is of vegetable origin, miscible in water. Based on natural esters of vegetable origin and free of chlorine and boron, which due to its more resistant properties than cooling lubricants of mineral origin achieves high cutting performance without the use of EP additives.

Soft water: We have a specific formulation in cases where the cutting is done with soft water, in order to avoid the formation of foam during the cutting process.

Micro-cutting machines: The particular conditions in which micro-cutting machines work require the use of a specific coolant to ensure good cooling of the blade and the workpiece in order to obtain a precision cut.
