Cutlam Micro 2.0 metallographic cutting machine - Ø200 mm

It is a compact laboratory micro-cutting machine designed for the most sensitive materials. The speed range and cutting chamber capacity make this machine incredibly versatile.

The specimen is held in position by a screwed clamping arm and the wheel located outside the cutting chamber allows micrometric movement along the Z-axis; the movement can be tracked directly on the screen (0.02 mm accuracy) Thanks to the zeroing system, very precise parallel cuts can be made.

A wide range of clamping jaws is available, allowing you to clamp any type of component or material. The cutting feed is controlled manually or with a counterweight system specially adapted for delicate cuts. One rocker arm balances the weight of the implement and another allows fine adjustment of the applied load.
