Cold mounting acrylic resin

The fluidity of this clear mounting resin and its very low shrinkage ensure a maximum penetration rate into cavities. It is ideal for microelectronics, optics and microsystems applications. Compatible with conventional scanning electron microscopy (SEM) examinations.

Monocomponent resin of easy dosage and handling (without losses). Polymerization with low temperature rise in 20 minutes in the blue light device MM866 + 10 minutes for the surface coating. No unpleasant odors, resistant to alcohol and acids.

Epoxy cold mounting resin

This epoxy resin is the best choice when transparency of the coating is a requirement.

The resin has zero shrinkage, excellent adhesion to all types of materials and very good chemical resistance.

With an ideally matched viscosity, Resin 603 is used for mounting metallographic specimens with complex shapes, porosities or delicate technical coatings.

Methyl methacrylate cold mounting resins

Versatile, adapts to most common materials for standard quick-mount sample. It is possible to change the viscosity by modifying the mixing ratio: liquid + powder. Resistant to the main acids used in the laboratory.

Polyester cold mounting resins

This fast curing resin adheres perfectly to metal surfaces and its mechanical characteristics make it particularly effective on very hard materials.
Its very low shrinkage allows for edge examinations on metallographic samples.
It is resistant to the main acids and bases used in laboratories.
