The Vickers Wiki 200 JS hardness tester is a fully automatic, motorized hardness testing machine with test loads from 0.001 to 100 kgf. It is suitable for CHD (Case Hardness Depth) testing on multiple samples. Wiki 200 JS conforms to ASTM and ISO standards for hardness testing.

Loads are applied through load cells and are electronically controlled in “closed loop” (AFFRI Patented) with a frequency of 1 khz, ensuring perfect linearity in every range, even at very low loads. The Vickers micro-macro and CHD automatic hardness tester is ideal for testing all types of metals: iron, steel, mild steel, cast iron, cast iron, brass, aluminum, copper and metal alloys. Heat treatment, hardening, nitriding, carburizing and hard coating. Knoop test on ceramic and glass materials.
